Case Registered on Suresh Babu for A Road Accident

A case was booked on Producer Suresh Babu after it was alleged that he drove a car last night which rammed into a Honda Active resulting in injuries to three persons at Karkhana. The injured are a family of wife, husband and their three-year-old child fell on the road and sustained injuries.

They were shifted to a local hospital in an ambulance. They are said to be the resident of KPHB Colony going to meet their relatives in Lallaguda. The police registered a case under Section 337 of Indian Penal Code and issued a notice under Section 41 of CrPC to the producer asking him to appear before the police.

Suresh Babu who is in the driver’s seat was driving the car in the wrong route when the accident happened and he did not even care to stop and help them go to the hospital. Sources in Suresh Productions say that Suresh Babu is not behind the wheel when the accident happened but the case was registered on him as the car is on his name.
