Bad days ahead for TFI?

Is the golden period for Telugu film industry that started with Baahubali coming to an end? Looking at the advance bookings of films Cheekati Rajyam and Kumari 21f and performances of recent biggies, one can’t help but think that way.

The bigger thing to be concerned about the films releasing tomorrow is they are urban fares that need to have patronage from ‘A’ center audience. And it is in these places the bookings have been dull so far. Unless some dramatic improvement occurs things don’t look rosy for either of these films.

Among the two Kumari 21f is clearly the better one but with popular songs and top director’s name attached to it the trade had bigger expectations. Now it’s all up to the content to draw the audience in.
