Did Chiranjeevi Deliver the First Review of Vishwambhara?

Megastar Chiranjeevi, during the success meet of his latest blockbuster Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, made an interesting observation about his career. He said that in the last ten years, he genuinely enjoyed working on only three films: Khaidi No. 150, Waltair Veerayya, and Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. All these films turned into big hits. He described the shoot of Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu as especially joyful.

According to Chiranjeevi, when a film’s shooting atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and filled with bonding, success follows naturally. He openly admitted that films where he felt uncomfortable or did not enjoy the process mostly ended up as failures.

These comments have now sparked discussion among fans about his upcoming film Vishwambhara. The film has been stuck for over two years, mainly due to prolonged VFX work. Its first teaser received an outright negative response, and even the second teaser failed to impress. Since then, there have been no clear updates.

Fans are now reading between the lines. Chiranjeevi’s recent remarks are being widely interpreted as an indirect comment on Vishwambhara. Many feel that he may have subtly hinted that Vishwambhara has not shaped up well. The general assumption among fans is simple. If he openly praises one film experience and avoids mentioning another, it likely means he did not enjoy the latter.

Films like Godfather, Acharya, and Bhola Shankar, where he never mentioned having a pleasant shooting experience, ended up as massive disasters.

Because of this, fans believe Chiranjeevi may have unintentionally given his review that he did not enjoy the experience of shooting Vishwambhara and that the film may have turned out disappointing. Some fans have even begun to question whether the film will be released at all, given Chiranjeevi’s continued silence on it.

For now, fans can only hope that Chiranjeevi did not mean anything negative about Vishwambhara and that the film eventually turns out to be at least a decent and watchable one.
