Chiranjeevi Takes Cue From Mahesh Babu

Chiranjeevi celebrates his birthday on August 22. And the usual norm is to have a gala and grand events by Megastar fans celebrating their matinee idol’s birthday. But this time the celebrations come with a twist. Well, Chiranjeevi has taken a cue from Mahesh Babu.

Akin to Mahesh Babu, who back then requested his fans to ‘Go Green’ on his birthday by planting saplings, Chiranjeevi also requested the same from his fans asking to protect ‘mother nature. The Megastar asked all his fans to plant three saplings on his birthday and tag the #HaraHaiTohBharaHai in order to support the Green India Challenge campaign.

Chiranjeevi took the call inspired by MP Santosh Joginapally. The MP responded to Chiranjeevi’s thoughtful gesture for making a ‘prudent wise’ to protect mother nature.

On work-wise, Chiranjeevi is done with Acharya and is awaiting to announce a release date. Then #Chiru153 tentatively titled Godfather remake of Tamil film, Lucifer has gone on floors recently. Bollywood actor Salman Khan is said to be doing a cameo in it which will help the film to have good prospects in the Hindi market.
