Chiranjeevi Takes First Step Towards Lotus Pond from The Film Industry

One of the major complaints of the Ruling YSR Congress about the Telugu Film Industry is that the industry biggies have not reached out to Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy after assuming office. The Party Leaders say that the biggies would have beelined to Amaravati had Chandrababu Naidu come to Power once again.

Megastar Chiranjeevi may be addressing this issue now. Reports are that Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan are meeting Jagan Mohan Reddy tomorrow and invite him to watch the Special Premiere of Sye Raa. There were reports that Jagan delayed the Permission for Sye Raa Special Shows due to the hostility with Pawan Kalyan.

Chiranjeevi had to lobby with Minister Kannababu to get that at the last minute. The mega family may have realized the need to be in the good books of the Government and decided to take the step forward to please the Chief Minister. The other day, Chiranjeevi arranged a Special Premiere of the film to Telangana Governor, Tamilisai Soundarajan.

On the other hand, Mega fans are excited about this Meeting as they are hoping Jagan to be generous to announce Tax Exemption for the film. The possibility of that has to be seen under the GST Regime. It has to be seen how Janasena Supporters receive this move of Chiranjeevi given that Jagan had made very personal remarks on Pawan Kalyan before the elections.
