Megastar Chiranjeevi has been staying away from active politics since the merger of PRP into Congress, but his name often figures in political speculations.
Now that Pawan Kalyan has seen his first success, rumors have surfaced again that he will be going to Rajya Sabha from NDA.
Chiranjeevi attending Chandrababu Naidu’s swearing-in ceremony and PM Modi shaking hands with Chiru and Pawan Kalyan further escalated these rumors.
When Chiru’s daughter Sushmita Konidela was asked if there is any truth in this, she did not deny it but said the topic is beyond her capacity to answer. She added that the family is very happy and they always live in the moment, not thinking about what’s coming next.
In politics, as they say, never say no; we never know what possibilities lie ahead. Anything can happen at any time.
