Lately, megastar Chiranjeevi has been facing a new wave of trolling across social media platforms. While some of the backlash may seem harsh, fans argue that it’s not entirely baseless. Many believe his recent choices are giving them reasons to react and discuss openly online.

The current trigger is a set of leaked photos from a special song in Vishwambhara, which features actress Mouni Roy. Once the image made its way online, trolls wasted no time in attacking the visuals. Despite Chiranjeevi’s charisma and energy, critics called out the unflattering costume design, awkward hairstyle, and bland set background.

A significant portion of the trolling has been aimed at Konidela Sushmitha, who is well known for designing Chiranjeevi’s costumes in recent films. Several fans have already expressed disappointment with her styling in earlier projects. This latest leak has only intensified the scrutiny and criticism.

Now, the core request from fans is simple — stop releasing casual set photos. Many believe that only official posters or professionally produced making videos should be shared. These formats help maintain the film’s visual quality and prevent premature judgments from circulating.

The real issue stems from mobile pictures taken casually on set, often by actors or technicians, and then posted directly to Instagram or X. These raw images fail to reflect the true grandeur and polish of the scenes. Instead, they provide internet trolls with easy targets and fuel negative commentary.

Interestingly, those present during the song shoot say Chiranjeevi looked far more stylish and dynamic in motion than what the photo suggests. Some even claim he appeared more vibrant than in Waltair Veerayya. Unfortunately, low-resolution leaks are the only content the wider public sees, distorting the actual effort behind the visuals.

Unless the production team clamps down on leaks and shifts to a more refined promotional strategy, the wave of online trolling is unlikely to subside. For now, Chiranjeevi remains caught in a loop of unfair criticism sparked by premature glimpses of his work.
