Rahul Venkat, who is the cousin of megastar Chiranjeevi, is making his debut with upcoming Telugu film “Alias Janaki”. He says his biggest influence in life to become an actor has been Chiranjeevi. However, he says he wanted to become an actor on his own decision.
According to him, Chiru gave him the inspiration to become an actor. Since his childhood, Rahul has been keen in cinema because he spent most of his time on sets of Chiranjeevi’s films. He even says that that the most of their discussion at home as kid used to be about the megastar.
Rahul is fifth member from Chiru family after Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun, Ram Charan and Allu Sirish, but he says he is not worried about competition as he considers himself an actor, but not a hero, and would like to work with new and aspiring directors irrespective of the banner.
