Comedian as the Dance Dupe for Chiranjeevi?

When it comes to dances in Tollywood, Chiranjeevi’s style is inimitable as he had created a brand for himself for dances. When we hear that a comedian acted as a dupe for Chiranjeevi for a dance sequence, it seems a bit surprising.

During a recent interview, comedian Prabhas Sreenu said that he has got a call from director Rajamouli while making ‘Magadheera’ with Ram Charan. He was then shooting for Chiranjeevi’s episode. Rajamouli wanted Prabhas Sreenu to play Chiru’s dance dupe and he immediately agreed.

But, Chiranjeevi’s scene in ‘Magadheera’ has no dupe scenes and even the dance bits are from ‘Gharana Mogudu’. It’s really surprising that he must have played a dupe. Maybe, the scene was chopped off during the editing process? But Prabhas Sreenu as Chiru’s dance dupe is somewhat strange. What say?
