Then there are Virata Parvam and Godse. Neither of these films could create any impact at the Telugu states box office. The box office is in complete dullness mode now and the future doesn’t look bright either.
A bunch of new films, namely Chor Bazaar, 7 Days 6 Nights, and Sammathame are releasing on 24 June. The makers of all these films have promoted them aggressively. They have done all they can when it comes to pre-release promotions. Also, they are all releasing with economical pricing model in AP and Telangana.
But given the current mindset of the audience, they are in no mood to rush to watch new releases until and unless the word of mouth is super positive and the reviews are good enough.
Which forthcoming Telugu film will put an end to this dull phase and set the box office on fire again? Only time will tell.
