Content rules – theaters increased for new releases

As we said before the release of Friday movies, it was all about content this week as they were made on small budgets and don’t have bankable stars in it. And the content has spoken.

Both the film Kshanam and Terror have got considerably good word of mouth which has forced the distributors across various territories to increase the number of theaters. These films are seen as replacement to the old movies that are showing no growth and are loss ventures.

Still, due to the extreme low release and different content for Telugu audience, the films are not a runaway success yet. They need to have a solid run in the days to come and overcome the heavy competition next week to be called success at box office. We have to wait and see if these small films achieve that or not.
