Court raps Jagan for trying to bunk court hearing

Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seem to be finding ways to evade court proceedings. Jagan was asked to attend the court hearing today but he tried to evade the attendance by telling that he had to go to Guntur to meet the parents of a baby boy who did after bitten by rats in a government hospital.

But the court refused to permit him and clarified that he has to be present for the court proceedings. The judge asked the lawyer to explain his client about the rules. Previously similar case happened when Jagan tried to evade court attendance citing assembly session.

Up on the order, he rushed to the court midway of the assembly session. Jagan has to be careful in these issues with the case as he is on bail. If the court feels he is not co-operating, his bail can be cancelled. The court posted the next hearing of the case to September 4th.
