Court refuses Forensic Report to ACB

ACB Special Court refused to give the Forensic Science Lab report to Telangana ACB. It is said that FSL specially instructed the court not to give the report to any one with out its permission. The judge in ACB Special court refused Telangana ACB’s report and asked them to approach for FSL’s permission.

Telangana ACB is gearing up to place a request with FSL for this report. However this refusal hampered ACB’s arguments in High Court. ACB wanted to quote the FSL Report content and prove that there is preliminary evidence against Revanth Reddy.

In that way, it will be easy for ACB to ask the court to refuse bail to Revanth but that did not happen. On the other side, Election Commission also requested for the FSL Report and other evidences, the court also refused them citing the same reason.
