Vikram K Kumar has been a director who has given interesting films like 13 B, Ishq, Manam, and 24. But his last two films, Gang Leader and Hello, turned out to be damp squibs which made a dent in his growing career.

Now, he has teamed up with Naga Chaitanya again to deliver a heart warming story, Thank You. The success or failure of this film is going to be crucial for Vikram Kumar.

Vikram has a lot riding on this film because if the film turns out to be successful, he has a chance of directing a big star in his next. If the film fails, then that project won’t take off as we know no big star will work with a director who has just delivered a flop. This is the norm in the industry.

Vikram Kumar has always directed films that have been written by himself. But for the first time, he is making a film written by someone else, BVS Ravi.

Producer Dil Raju also wants to score a hit with Thank You, as his banner hasn’t seen success for a very long time.
