The most recent frightening news is snake gangs. For starters who are not aware of these gangs, Hyderabad police recently arrested a rapist gang called the ‘snake gang’. These people threatens girls using snakes and takes turns to rape them and shoot videos to stop the victim approaching cops. After this gang was arrested recently, Hyderabad cops now booked a case against top two Telugu Tv channels for airing the video footage of snake gang threatening the victim.
Police filed the case after victim’s family approached them with a compliant after coming to know that their videos were aired by these Tv channels. Police suspect that snake gangs used their mobiles to record the video while other members are assaulting the victim.
Additional DCP Janaki Sharmila said “We have booked a case under Section 66A and 67A of the IT Act. We are investigating the involvement of two other channels, who is alleged to have aired the same strip,”
