Desperation From DJ Team To Create Buzz

After the lyrics controversy, director Harish Shankar has opened another can of worms to keep the movie DJ in buzz. This time it is his remarks on the music director Devi Sri Prasad that has led to a furor online.

Director Harish Shankar who is currently overseeing rerecording process made a statement that Devi Sri Prasad is the best music director when it comes to BGM after Maestro Ilaiyaraja. DSP, undoubtedly, is the reigning music director in TFI but still, that is an overstatement of epic proportion.

Whether the statement was done intentionally or not, fans of the director too were disappointed with it. Whatever may be the actual reason, it is coming across as desperation from Duvvada Jagannadham team to keep the buzz alive. It gives a feeling that the makers are not entirely sure about the box office prospect of the movie and doing their best to maximize the initial. DJ stars Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead.
