NTR’s highly anticipated film “Devara,” initially set for an April 5, 2024 release, is facing potential delays with three weeks of shooting remaining.
The decision to postpone the release is influenced by both the ongoing production requirements and the upcoming Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections in early April, with filmmakers deeming it wise to avoid releasing the film during this politically charged period.
Some NTR fans express frustration, placing blame on director Koratala Siva for the extended production period, contending that it has taken away precious years from NTR’s prime.
The delays and postponements bring about increased costs, pressure, and expectations. Given the director’s previous setback with “Acharya,” there is heightened scrutiny on Koratala. Despite the challenges, there is optimism that the extended timeline will contribute to a polished final product.
Despite concerns, it’s worth noting Koratala’s efficiency in completing the shoot of a significant VFX-heavy film within one year, excluding pre-production time.
Fans need to keep their calm and patience and wait for a few more months, and in the interim, NTR is preparing for the shoot of “WAR 2,” which is a hugely anticipated film. Things are shaping up well for NTR and there is no need to get frustrated.
