Devara’s Producer Is Nowhere in Sight

Jr. NTR and Koratala Siva’s big-ticket film Devara is all set to release in a few days. Interestingly, NTR is doing most of the heavy lifting when it comes to promotions. While Koratala is seen alongside NTR at promotional events and in recorded interviews, it’s mostly NTR who does all the talking.

Interestingly, the producer of Devara, Sudhakar Mikkilineni, is completely absent from the scene, and this isn’t the first time. Even during the promotions for RRR, producer DVV Danayya was hardly seen.

Devara will have its final big pre-release event on Sunday, and it’s likely that producer Sudhakar Mikkilineni will appear on stage for a few minutes.

Personal choices aside, it would be nice if the producer, who is the backbone of a project, also took an active part.

After having made such a big project of this scale, it will be nice if the producer comes out and pour in his views about the experience in making such a big project.

These days there is largely a feeling that producers are dummies. The new generation of producers, like Sudhakar, should counter such opinions with their active participation.
