DSP Brings It Out Back To Back!

Music director Devi Sri Prasad known for his energetic and massy numbers has come up with back to back laidback and light-hearted, classy melody numbers. If it was Ranguladdhukunna yesterday, it is Emito Idhi from Rang De, now.

Emito Idhi is a far cry from typical Devi Sri Prasad number, though it has the familiar elements in place at particular points. The start, especially, feels too slow and maybe be boring to a few, but it picks up well as it progresses. The second interlude to ending part is the best portion, though.

When the melody glimpse of ‘Emito Idhi’ was first revealed, it made many heads turn as an energetic number was expected from the first combination of Nithiin and Devi Sri Prasad. Both are known for their ‘energy’. The song continues to be a surprise with the full version out.

Rang De is a romantic entertainer with family drama in place. Venky Atluri of Tholiprema and Mr Majnu fame directs the movie. Keerthy Suresh is paired up with Nithiin for the first time.

Listen to the song below. The Sithara Entertainments picture is gearing up for a theatrical release in the Sankranthi season coming ahead. It needs to be seen if the makers stick to the 2021 festival time, as there would be multiple films arriving around the same time.
