‘Dhoom 3’ strikes gold in Telugu

Aamir Khan-starrer ‘Dhoom 3’ may have opened to mixed reviews but the film has already struck gold at the box-office. While the Hindi version of the film approximately raked in over Rs. 30 crore on the first day, its Telugu version has done equally good.

According to trade pundits, the Telugu version of the film has collected approximately Rs. 2.25 crore on release day, making it the biggest every opening for a Hindi dubbed film in Andhra Pradesh. The Tamil version of the film raked in about a crore on the same day.

With such an impressive start at the box-office, Dhoom 3 is likely touch the 100-crore club in its opening weekend.
