While not decreasing a single paisa on Petrol and Diesel, Jagan tried to push the blame on Modi Government which has decreased Five Rupees per liter on Petrol and Ten Rupees per liter on Diesel. The party leaders are also attacking the Central Government on this issue.
Naturally, BJP will be upset with this development. We do not know if that is intentional or a coincidence but a day after these advertisements issue, CBI has submitted a strong-worded counter in the court during the quash petition by Hetero director Srinivas Reddy.
The CBI has said Jagan and Vijayasai Reddy are the conspirators in this case and they said Jagan has got 70% share in Jagathi Publications by investing around 70 Crores while Hetero has got only 30% share for its Rs 1246 crores investment. CBI argued that the land allocation for Hetero and the investments in Jagathi Publications was carried out in a parallel manner indicating the Quid Pro Quo.
CBI has never made such critical comments in this case after Jagan became the Chief Minister. The agency has decided to try neutral in the bail cancelation case filed by Raghu Rama Krishna Raju and left the decision to the court. Many are suspecting that this strong-worded affidavit is a kind of Modi and Amit Shah’s warning to Jagan.
We do not know if it is true but if it is that may be trouble for Jagan Mohan Reddy.
