Did DSP overdo his rockstar act?

Music director Devi Sri Prasad is known for his livewire performances at audio functions. Many a times in many functions he has enthralled the fans so much so that he has been christened as Rockstar.

So he took to the stage in his usual way at the audio launch function of Srimanthudu too. But somehow it did not feel that that free flowing and enjoying kind. It looked like he was in angst and forcing his electricity on the stage. He was literally commenting everyone and taking digs left and right. He even made a passing remark on Shruti Haasan that she looked good from the back in the dress. It was borderline offensive.

Was it the something that happened in the background that made him go that way or did he simply lost it in the rockstar act? Whatever it may be one hopes that in future if there are any grudges that are taken care off in the backstage and the music director continues with his livewire act with no such grudges in his mind that eventually has an effect on his act.
