Dil Raju Getting Image Cautious These Days

Being a top producer in Tollywood does have its share of banes. Top producers often face allegations in regard to theatre allocation and release date adjustments. The same is the case with Tollywood bigwig Dil Raju now.

A couple of weeks ago, Raju was under the pump as there were wild speculations that he oppressed Karthikeya 2 and troubled the unit by forcing them to alter the release plans. After the film’s release, Raju attended the success meet and got emotional, saying cinema is his life and not once did he intend to trouble other filmmakers in any which way. He got really emotional on the stage.

All the while, Raju was never so reactive. There have been rumors on him all through his career but not often did he openly come out and speak out about the same. But he changed the route and did it with Karthikeya 2. Now, he is back at it again.

The other day, there were rumors that top production designer Ravinder Reddy walked out of RC15 due to compatibility issues with Dil Raju. There were even national media reports about the same.

As it turned out, Raju is terribly upset with these speculations. “Ravinder Reddy walked out due to creative differences with Shankar. Dil Raju is angry about why his name came out in this issue.” a source told Mirchin9.com.

Raju has made it a point to defend himself everytime there is a negative narrative involving him. He has become a whole lot more image cautious now.
