As the film had good family values everyone thought that the film might open well amidst the NRI’s. But surprisingly the film did not take off well and collected only $122k in the first two days.
These collections are not so encouraging and the reviews that have come out from India are also not that helpful for the film which is just a day old at the box office.
Critics have lauded the clean entertainment but the routine story and same old narration has got a very mixed to olay response all over.
Things are not lost yet as the weekend has just started now in the US. It would be really interesting from now on to see how the film will fare in US and even back in India.
