Director Scared To Talk About Sandeep Vanga?

Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga is famously protective of his films, often reacting strongly to criticism. Many hesitate to share negative opinions about his work. Recently Javed Akhtar and actor Adil Hussain faced Vanga’s ire for their comments on his film “Animal.”

The other day filmmaker Gautham Menon was asked to comment on Sandeep’s blockbuster movie Animal.

Menon disclosed that he had reservations about the film’s narrative and characterization but chose not to elaborate, fearing it would spark unwanted debates.

He admitted to watching Animal with audiences who reacted as if they were watching a horror movie, often covering their faces with hands and peeking at the film through their fingers. He also confessed to leaving the theater after the first half but returned five days later to watch the second half.

He added, “If I say something more about the film, Vanga’s team will question my authority. They might ask, ‘Who am I?’ which could lead to more complications. So I will stop delving into it too much.”

People on social media are having fun by sharing the clip while tagging Vanga and asking him to go after Menon this time.

But we don’t think Vanga will attack Gautam as he also must be feeling tired of bashing people for criticizing Animal and also because Vanga recently said that he likes Gautham Menon films a lot, especially Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa.
