Directors Clarity Comes As Shock To Prabhas Fans

Director Nag Ashwin’s film with Prabhas referred to as Prabhas21 is one of the most awaited movies in Telugu cinema and not just for fans. The director, too, understands the same and keeps the fans updated with information whenever possible. His latest candid confession, however, has shocked the fans of Rebel Star.

Nag Ashwin, who is currently busy promoting Pitta Kathalu, spoke about his film with Prabhas. He revealed pretty casually but with confidence that it will take two years to wrap up Prabhas21.

The regular shooting of Prabhas21 is yet to begin. It is said to commence from June. It means, if things go according to the plan, the movie could come out in the second half of 2023. If there is even a small delay, considering the extensive VFX involved, it could very well mean a 2024 release. So, there is a possibility of no Prabhas film in 2023.

And the reason for the potential long gap is none other than Prabhas only. The delay with the completion of Prabhas’ current project Radhe Shyam has pushed the Prabhas21 beginning. If Radhe Shyam is taking such a long time to get the visuals right, one can imagine the scenario with Prabhas21.

The good news is Prabhas will have two releases in 2022. Also, within a year, from July 2021 to August 2022, he will have three films hitting the cinemas. A long gap then could be acceptable for fans, we guess.
