Drugs Scandal Actually Helped Rakul Preet Singh?

Rakul Preet Singh went through turbulent times in 2020 after her name surfaced in the drugs scandal that rocked Bollywood after Sushant Singh Rajput’s Demise. The names of many Bollywood biggies surfaced back then but the controversy subsided later.

Nothing has happened in the case after that and everyone moved on after the initial hungama. Rakul may have suffered back then but the drugs’ case may have actually helped the actress. Bollywood no longer sees her as an actress from the South.

They see her as one of them for whatever reasons and are giving more chances for her these days. The acceptability has only increased after the drugs’ case for reasons best known to the folks there. The actress has no offers right now in Telugu except for Vaishnav Tej’s next which was signed before the case. Tollywood did not sign her for any film after that.

At the same time, she has three films in Bollywood. It is also looking like she is more likely to get offers from Bollywood than Tollywood.
