In this context, Shah Rukh was questioned for around three hours on Tuesday by the Enforcement Directorate. This questioning was in line with the suspected undervaluation of the shares of the company that controls King Khan’s IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders. This questioning was regarding the investigation to ensure whether the shares of the team were undervalued. If the charges are true, it could be a violation of the provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act.
