ED severs 3rd notice to Superstar

Shah Rukh Khan has been yet again summoned by the Enforcement Directorate for the third time for his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders. Apparently, the team, co-owned by Khan, actress Juhi Chawla, and her husband Jay Mehta, was allegedly violating some FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) norms.

Earlier, a similar incident happened when a notice was sent to Khan in May this year regarding some issue with the team. This time, the violated norms were because the team of Kolkata Knight Riders Sports Pvt Ltd had undervalued some of its shares in a transfer deal which were sold to a Mauritius company in the year 2008.

The actor, however, has asked for some more time on account of being out of town in a shoot. The KKR team has been once questioned before by the ED for the forex breach of almost a hundred crore Rupees.
