EMK: NTR And Mahesh Fail To Deliver TRP

Jr NTR‘s infotainment show Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu drew to a close with a special episode that had Mahesh Babu on the guest seat. This episode created a whole lot of buzz on social media. But it couldn’t quite deliver the goods when it comes to the TRP ratings.

The much hyped Jr NTR – Mahesh Babu episode garnered a mere 4.90 TRP, which is a rather very poor number for an episode that featured two superstars.

Gemini TV’s not-so-great reach is clearly evident here. Had an episode of such star value premiered on a widely popular channel like MAA TV, it could have worked wonders. Sadly enough for Gemini TV, they didn’t event promote the highly exciting episode effectively.

As it appears, the Jr NTR and Mahesh Babu episode from EMK was all about social media, but it couldn’t pull the small screen audience.
