Even heroes have a shelf life: Venkatesh

Victory Venkatesh admits it’s not just the heroines but heroes also age with time and they should acknowledge it to survive in the industry. He says the reason he has started to do multi-starrers is to accept that he has become old and that he should be ready to do different kind of roles.

He strongly believes by doing multi-starrers and acting alongside younger heroes, he has given himself a grace period in the industry which is being taken over younger actors. He says all senior actors should appreciate the fact that they can’t be playing hero roles for the rest of their careers and should quickly start accepting different roles to survive in the industry.

Venkatesh, who has teamed up with young Ram in Masala, will be seen opposite Ram Charan soon. He also teamed up opposite Mahesh Babu recently for SVSC. He says it’s the need of the hour and all senior actors should remember it to sustain.
