“Even kids doing dances, I wanna perform like Kamal”

Rich kids have the backing from the family background besides intense training in dances and fights. “Nowadays even kids are doing dances and fights. But I want to perform like Kamal Haasan and earn name as a performer”, says young hero Karthik Raju.

Karthik Raju’s first movie ‘Tippu’ tanked at the box-office and this rich kid now realised that a debut hero must not make his debut with an action film. Audiences wouldn’t accept some unknown guy beating up goons portraying larger than life image.

Actually he had to debut with a Raghavendra Rao film as his distributor father and the ace film maker have been friends since long. He promises there would be a film in their combination in future. At present Karthik Raju’s second movie ‘Padesaave’ is gearing up for release.
