Exclusive: Acharya Under Akhanda Pressure!

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya is scheduled for release on February 4th. The movie shooting has been almost done a long ago.

But then, reports are that Koratala Siva is once again being brought back to the project. Apparently, Chiranjeevi opined that the movie is too flat.

The feeling has grown after watching Nandamuri Balakrishna’s recent release, Akhanda. The movie’s success is more about how certain blocks of Balakrishna were highlighted giving an adrenaline rush to the audience. Acharya is also a subject slightly related to God.

So, Chiranjeevi wants the same template for Acharya as well. Koratala Siva who moved on to #NTR30 is brought back and is made to work on the script.

The shooting will begin very soon. The team will reshoot for around 25 days for the film. Since there is enough time for the project, the team is confident about making it for the February release.

Acharya also has a cameo of Ram Charan. These reshoots may also need Ram Charan. But the question is if Ram Charan will be able to accommodate it given that a massive publicity campaign is being planned for RRR in the next three weeks.
