The actress in an interview addressed that she faced casting couch, where people around her were asking her to get ‘compromised’. “I have passion for acting, but I am not desperate. I am a trained dancer, I can act and emote. I couldn’t understand as to why I should get compromised,” says Ester.
The actress adds that she is not desperate for fame, money, or anything. If dancing on stage or at home gives the same happiness, then why choose movies as a platform by getting compromised, she questions.
“Tollywood is not the only industry. If someone has the passion, then the opportunity will come from other industries too. I don’t have to reduce my self-respect and compromise in any way for the work,” Ester adds.
For the unversed, Ester has acted in Bheemavraam Bullodu, she also appeared in Jaya Janaki Nayaka among others.
