Once Acted in an Unknown Telugu Film, Now a Big Star!

Sana Fatima Shaikh was an unknown name till Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ released though she acted in some regional films. She was the heroine of a Telugu film ‘Nuvvu Nenu Okkatavudam’. Many didn’t know that the film even released.

Now, she is a big star after playing the daughter of Aamir Khan in the sports drama ‘Dangal’ based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Poghat and his two daughters who won Olympic medals. She also backed another golden opportunity to feature alongside Aamir Khan again in his upcoming movie ‘Thugs of Hindostan’.

Coming to ‘Dangal’, the film which had been her card to fame, This film opened up to thunderous response in China. The film was released in 7000 screens across China and shattering the previous records set by Aamir Khan with ‘pk’.
