Fed-up with Trolls, Actress Files Legal Case

Actress Kavya Madhavan became the centre of some ridicule and internet trolling following her marriage to co-actor Dileep in November 2016. The popular actor, from the Malayalam film industry, and Kavya have been paired together in several hit movies and there was already some speculation about them.

Their secret wedding ceremony with even guests knowing about them the night before had everyone in surprise. It is believed that the secrecy was to maintain silence about their relationship which is rumoured to be continuing for the past decade. Fans even believe that their alleged long relationship broke the actors’ respective marriages, Dileep’s and Manju’s 17 year old marriage and Kavya’s marriage to businessman Nishal Chandra.

However, all this bullying and abusive comments on social media were enough for actress who finally took the drastic step of taking legal action. Any person found trolling Kavya will have a case for defamation filed against them. She reportedly went to the police station and filed the case on her online trolls.
