Film Chamber’s Crucial Meeting On Industry Issues

For the past few days, there have been rumors that Tollywood film shootings will be halted from the 1st of August as Telugu producers are reassessing the current situation and devising a plan to pull the audience back to theaters.

Now, Telugu Film Producers Council has issued a media communication, which indirectly shuts the rumors.

“Telugu Film Producers council will be holding a meeting with producers sector, distributors sector, exhibition sector, and studio sector. Therefore producers are requested not to believe rumors till decisions taken are conveyed through press release,” the statement read.

The statement adds that producers can continue with film shootings till further notice.

This should put an end to speculations that Tollywood will seize film shootings from the 1st of August.
