One of the latest news in the southern film industry is that upcoming multi-starer project titled ‘Manam’ featuring the Akkineni family will have actor Manchu Vishnu portraying the role of the villain. It was known that the actor was keen on playing a villainous character and it seems like his wish is finally fulfilled. It is a well-known fact that the actor’s father, Mohan Babu is very popular for his antagonistic roles in movies before doing the protagonist roles. The actor’s sister Manchu Lakshmi also received many awards for playing the negative role in her film ‘Anaganaga oka Dheerudu’.
It is heard that ‘Manam’ will be the most ambitious film having three generations of the Akkineni family starring in it. Directed by Vikram Kumar, a debutant director, ‘Manam’ will feature Nageswar Rao, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya in the main roles. Actresses Shriya and Samantha will play the female leads in the film.
