Finally Chiranjeevi erases all Praja Rajyam memories!

Chiranjeevi finally managed to erase the last memory of his failed Praja Rajyam Party. The Hyderabad high court heard a plea on the long pending case registered on the actor-cum-politician in Nandyal Police State Station of Kurnool district way back in 2008.

The case was booked against him in 2008 allegedly because he was obstructing the public and traffic with a road show with out permission in Nandyal. Chiranjeevi last week knocked the door of high court to quash the case as it was filed based on the statements of constables on bandobast duty on that day.

Justice A V Sesha Sai of the Hyderabad High Court agreed to Chiranjeevi’s argument that registration of the crime based on police proceedings without any independent complainant reporting the crime, is not legally standing and the high court had quashed such cases in the past. Finally Chiranjeevi was relieved of the case.
