The professional boxer and educator has trained Varun Tej with the nuances of the game and meanwhile, Varun Tej seems to have worked on his body and lost weight to look slimmer and fit for the role.

Varun Tej shared a picture of himself posing alongside his boxing coach Tony Jeffries telling us that he has been training with the coach for two months and hoped, that he would train again, soon. With that light-coloured beard, Varun Tej is definitely looking like a Hollywood hero. Was that too much? We don’t think so and a bit of exaggeration is a sign that we were indeed impressed that Varun Tej has lost his weight.

Varun Tej is going to play a boxer in Kiran Korrapati directorial. Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty was roped in for the movie to play a crucial role. The nature of the role was unknown but, Sunil Shetty’s acceptance itself says that it could be a weighty role that needs an actor of his calibre.
