FIR on Superstar for using abusive tongue before kids

Politicians normally say ‘Law will take its own course of action’ whenever then get entangled in legal hassles. In case of Bollywood superstar Saharukh Khan, it should be ‘law will take its own time for action’. Because an FIR was directed on Shahrukh by Maharashtra State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MSCPCR) after three years.

In 2012, Saharukh Khan allegedly got into a brawl with a security guard who did not allow him to enter the Wankhade Stadium in Mumbai, Maharashtra during an IPL Cricket match. The superstar reportedly used abusive language on the guard in front of his children, followed by a five years ban on the actor to enter the stadium.

An advocate by name Abha Sinha approached the Chidren’s Commission in 2012 against Shahrukh using abusive language before his children. MSCPCR directed Mumbai police to register a case on the superstar regarding violation of children rights.
