Forbes List: Some big surprises

Like in 2014, Mahesh Babu maintained his numero uno position among the South celebrities in India in Forbes list of 2015. The comprehensive assessment of celebs’ earnings combined with their fame is calculated to decide the position of a celeb in the Forbes list. Surprisingly, Pawan Kalyan and NTR were out of the list totally this year.

Coming to all India rankings, Bollywood Badshah, Shahrukh Khan raced to the top with earnings of around more than 250 crores and Salman Khan was pushed back to second position with nearly 200 crore earnings. But fame wise, it’s Amitabh Bachan in the top, though he stands third in overall ranking. Deepika is the only female celeb who made to the top-10 list, pushing behind Bollywood Greek God Hrithik Roshan.

Coming to South list, Dhanush got a better position than his father-in-law Rajnikanth. Allu Arjun made a remarkable improvement with his rankings this time, standing at 42nd position while Mahesh is 36 in all India rankings. Directors SS Rajamouli and Puri Jagannadh too made to the list placed at 72 and 89 position respectively. Tamil comedian Santhanam’s rank is better than big celebs like Suriya and Rajnikanth. Big surprise indeed!
