Gali now tries to cheat the court

Illegal Mining Baron Gali Janardhan Reddy finds himself in the center of one more controversy. He reportedly tried to trick the court this time by submitting false security to the court to get back his seized helicopter. In January 2011, the CBI seized the luxury cars and also a Bell-407 helicopter from Gali’s Bellary residence belonging to Obulapuram Mining Corporation promoters.

In January 2013, CBI Special Court agreed to give interim custody of the chopper to OMC provided that they furnish surety worth Rs 6.62 crore and also a third party surety. This third party surety issue is now turning into a controversy.

OMC had submitted papers pertaining to a plot of 23,200 sq yards worth Rs 7 crore situated at Khanapur of Khammam district belonging to one L Lakshman as third party surety. However, it is now revealed that the above said plot does not belong to Lakshman. The court posted the matter to April 13. Gali will definitely in trouble if this case goes against him for cheating a court is no small thing.
