Gautami Parts Ways With Kamal Haasan

Actress Gautami has issued an official statement making it clear that she is no longer in a relationship with Kamal Haasan. She wrote a heartfelt open letter in her blog and confessed to an irreparable, broken relationship with the actor.

It was not an easy decision and it took two years to come to that point, writes Gautami. It is her first and foremost responsibility to look after her kid and that can be done only when she is at peace with herself and hence she has taken this most difficult decision, says the actress.

Gautami and Kamal Haasan have been in a relationship for nearly thirteen years. Earlier she was married to a businessman with whom she had a daughter. She wishes Kamal Haasan all the best for his future works and says would continue to enjoy them as a fan. A response from Kamal Haasan is awaited.
