Gautham Menon Gets Pelli Choopulu

Director Gautham Menon has got the Tamil remake rights of the film Pelli Choopulu for a fancy price. The star director will soon begin the casting process of the film.

Pelli Choopulu that released earlier in the year was a small film that turned out to be a massive success at the box office. Expectedly many filmmakers and producers were after its remake rights. In Hindi Salman Khan has been interested in the remake rights.

However, it is still not known if Gautham Menon will produce the film or also direct it. Going by his previous track record we say that he is going to just produce it. Still, a remake production would be new to him.
