Going by the perfectly executed planning, if there are no last minute hassles involved, Ram Charan’s Govindudu Andari Vadele would in all probability beat Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu as the biggest release of all time in Telugu film. Recently Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu released in around 159 theatres creating a new record in US but now GAV is expected to cross that mark by making it to 160 plus theatres.
So far 154 theatres list has been locked by the distributors and even as we give you this update more screens are being added to it. It is another question as to whether a Ram Charan film deserves this kind of big release as so far none of his films have managed to get decent to good collections there. Add to it the fact that GAV releases midweek instead of regular Friday and that the film is directed by an out of from Krishnavamshi. Of course, there is a beginning for everything, will GAV prove to be the new beginning for Ram Charan in overseas? What do you think?
