GGP Will be an Emotional Ride with Every Emotion – Subhash

Godari Gattupaina starring Sumanth Prabhas and Nidhi Pradeep brings together a beautiful mix of fresh talent and nostalgic legends. For director Subhash Chandra, making this feature film has been a long journey of patience and passion after directing nearly 80 short films.

Reflecting on his journey to the big screen, he confidently states, “I believe everything has a right time. And I feel that time has finally come with Godari Gattupaina.”He shared that Sumanth Prabhas has done a brilliant job in this film along with leading lady Nidhi Pradeep. He stated that the father and daughter bond played by Nidhi and Jagapathi Babu will be relatable to everyone.

He shared that he loved Egire Pavurama and hence, brought back Laila to play besides him. The film is creating a huge buzz for bringing actress Laila back to Telugu cinema after a massive gap of 20 years. Sharing his excitement, Subhash noted, “I have liked Laila garu since my childhood, right from the days of Egire Pavurama. We needed someone with a lot of dignity to stand opposite Jagapathi Babu garu, and their combination is going to be very new.”

The director also promised a massive treat for music lovers, heavily praising his music director and long-time friend Naga Vamshi. “I always wanted to do a retro song. Having legends like Chitra garu and SP Charan garu sing it is an unforgettable experience,” he shared. Blending a crisp narrative with such magical elements, the film is gearing up for a grand worldwide release on 8th May.
