While GodFather is the Telugu remake of Malayalam box office blockbuster, The Ghost is an action thriller featuring Nagarjuna. Then there is Swathi Muthyam which is promoted as a light hearted entertainer.
There are three completely contrasting genres in the offing for the Telugu audience. GodFather is a political thriller while the makers of Ghost are promoting the film as a full blown actioner. Swathi Muthyam mostly runs on fun and subtle emotions.
Godfather has the biggest star cast of the three releases and it is essential that Chiranjeevi makes a comeback after the disastrous Acharya. Same with Nagarjuna, he too has to make a comeback with Ghost which had a promising trailer.
Being his debut film, Bellamkonda Ganesh will be pinning high hopes on Swathi Muthyam.
