Good News For MB23 From PK25

Diwali maybe a big festival time release biggies in Hindi and Tamil but for Telugu film industry it isn’t that important historically. For TFI, Dussera is the bigger season by miles.

So, for a long time the makers of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film with Trivikram Srinivas referred to as PK25, were looking to arrive for Dussera festival only. It is the reason why Spyder release date is still not officially locked. September 27 is only tentative release date.

One hears from the unit of PK25 that they might take a leap of faith, after all, and come for Diwali instead of arriving on Dussera in a hurry. It will mean Spyder can move back and come on September 22 and take full advantage of the festival in AP and Telangana and also simultaneously have a big release in Tamil. A 27th release would have curtailed the prospects in Tamil as big films are scheduled for September 29th.
