Gopichand Smartly Positions His Pantham

The prestigious 25th film of actor Gopichand has got a title, and it is named Pantham. Newcomer Chakri makes his debut with the movie whereas Mehreen is the heroine.

However, the interesting detail here is regarding the release date which is locked as May 18. As we all know, multiple big and medium budget films are going to arrive in summer. The most curious and keenly awaited ones though are Naa Peru Surya and Bharat Ane Nenu. We know they are currently slated to come on April 27.

In case, if any one of the two big movies decides to postpone, they are going to take the May 11th date. It means the one who postpones release will have a Gopichand release on the immediate next week. Not that Pantham would be a significant threat, but the movie will be losing screens for sure. Pantham, meanwhile, would be getting the benefit of arriving closely to a biggie as that would put the film in the news.
